Our mills use a professional grade grinding mechanism made in the USA that is built for the performance-minded chef. The top knob is stamped with a P to make it easy to identify, and is rounded and textured, making it slip resistant and finger friendly for comfortable use. The grinding mechanism is stainless steel and fully adjustable from a coarse to fine grind. The spring tension system holds the top knob at your preferred setting.
